This is the legally binding version of the MONARA Terms of Service.
1. Operator & Contact
These Terms govern your use of MONARA.FUN.

2. Scope of Services
MONARA.FUN offers digital collectible cards, Booster Packs, Marketplace trading, a digital Wallet, Affiliate Programme, and Premium Membership. The Wallet is exclusively used for Affiliate commissions, Pack purchases, and Premium Membership — no user-to-user transactions, non-withdrawable. All Cards are purely digital assets.
3. Eligibility & Account
Minimum age 18. KYC is mandatory for Card transfers, high-value transactions, and Ownership Certificates. Accounts inactive for 24 months may be terminated.
4. Purchases & Right of Withdrawal
Prices in EUR incl. VAT. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal — the Pack remains sealed. Alternatively, you may waive this right at checkout for immediate access. Opened Packs are non-refundable.
5. Digital Wallet
Wallet credits are non-refundable, non-transferable between users, non-withdrawable, and expire on account termination for breach.
6. Card Ownership
Purchase grants a limited licence. No IP rights in artwork. Card trades exclusively through the Platform. All transfers final. 90 days notice before shutdown.
7. Affiliate Programme
Commissions credited as Wallet credits. Abuse results in suspension and forfeiture. 30 days notice for changes.
8. KYC
Required for Card transfers and certificates. Documents retained per legal requirements.
9. Digital Inheritance
Designate a digital heir in Account Settings. Heir submits certified death certificate + ID to support@monara.fun. Transfer within 30 days. No claim after 2 years of inactivity → account closed.
10. Prohibited Conduct
No bots, reverse-engineering, market manipulation, multiple accounts, illegal content, money laundering, or transactions outside the Platform.
11. Intellectual Property
All content is property of MONARA.FUN. Users may promote via official tools (affiliate link, QR, 00-Cards) and print owned Cards for personal non-commercial use only.
12. Limitation of Liability
Platform provided "as is". No liability for indirect damages. Total liability capped at 12 months of payments.
13. Governing Law
Portuguese law. Courts of Lisbon. Data stored per Portuguese law and user's country of residence. EU consumers retain national rights. ODR: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
14. Changes
Material changes notified 14 days in advance by email or in-platform message.
